Pizzelles Tangy Orange and Rum Flavor

Delicious golden wafers to serve with tea or coffee or to mold and fill with your favourite filling.

INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs 250 ml (1 cup) sugar 10 ml (2 teaspoon) rum 125 ml (1/2 cup) unsalted butter 500 ml (2 cups) flour (all purpose) 10 ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder 10 ml (2 teaspoons) grated orange peel
PREPARATION:
- Beat eggs and sugar.
- Add cooled melted butter a little at a time.
- Add rum and grated orange peel.
- Gradually add enough flour to make very light dough, light enough to drop on your Aurora Pizzelle Baker with a spoon.
- Makes approximately 50 pizzelles.
