Pizzelles Tangy Orange and Rum Flavor

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
250 ml (1 cup) sugar
10 ml (2 teaspoon) rum
125 ml (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
500 ml (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
10 ml (2 teaspoons) baking powder
10 ml (2 teaspoons) grated orange peel



PREPARATION:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar.
  2. Add cooled melted butter a little at a time.
  3. Add rum and grated orange peel.
  4. Gradually add enough flour to make very light dough, light enough to drop on your Aurora Pizzelle Baker with a spoon.
  5. Makes approximately 50 pizzelles.
