Blood Orange & Rosemary Mocktail

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup blood orange juice (2 or 3 units)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary + 1 sprig for garnish
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp egg white (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut a slice of blood orange and set it aside for garnish.
- Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then shake well to cool, dilute, and lightly foam the mocktail.
- Pour into a small glass, then garnish with the rosemary sprig and blood orange slice.
