Use and Care : Do not put knife in a dishwasher, we recommend hand washing all knives. Avoid soaking the knife in liquids, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. You may also oil the knife handle with a small quantity of food-grade oil, remembering to always wipe off the excess.
