Adjustable Rolling Pin, with 4 discs, 16.5 x 2.5" dia / 42 x 6.5cm dia, beechwood.This rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing pizza, pie bases, lasagne sheets and filo pastry. It comes with four sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface by differen t heights, to create the required pastry thickness – either 2mm (1/6”), 4mm (1/8"), 6mm (1/4”) and 10mm (3/8”).
