Any orders of $95 and up will be shipped almost anywhere in Canada for free.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, nor will parcels be left at a doorstep. 

We partner with Clickship for shipping, so your order can be handled by reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and more. For local and regional addresses, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, but during the holiday season, it may extend to 4-5 business days. Rest assured, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Should an item need to be transferred from one of our other locations, a delay in delivery times may occur.

Delivery Address Accuracy:

In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with a postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. We will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping Fees:

We will be happy to give you a shipping quote for any product available for online purchases that you wish to have shipped internationally. Please contact our Customer Support for help with this. However, you, the client, are responsible for any duty and tax charges that may apply for your purchase. Any duty and tax charges will only be linked to the product as it crosses international borders and you will be responsible for paying them in whichever way your government requires.

Shipping Provider:

All orders placed on our online store will be shipped using a reliable carrier, such as UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and more. A tracking number will be provided to you when your order is shipped, and you will be able to track it on the carrier's website directly. If you are unsure about the specific carrier, please feel free to contact our Customer Support, and they will be able to assist you with tracking information and any other inquiries you may have.

Overweight and Fragile Items:

Many overweight and fragile items are marked as in-store only on our online store. This is due to the high risk of breakage in the shipping process. If you would like to purchase one of these items online, please get in touch with our Customer Support and they will do their best to get it out to you. Free shipping is not available for these products and shipping fees will be given on a case by case basis.

Return Policy

Purchases made on our website are subject to the same Return Policy as items purchased in store. You may also return items purchased at our online store in any one of our stores with proof of purchase and they will be happy to take care of your return for you following the same guidelines of our Return Policy.

Damaged Items:

When accepting delivery of a package, please inspect thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. Any damage found should be noted on the shipping receipt. Once you've accepted the package, verify that the items themselves are not damaged. If something does appear to be damaged, please contact our customer support immediately so that we can attempt to rectify the situation.
