Any orders 99$ and up will be shipped almost anywhere in Canada for free.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, nor will parcels be left at a doorstep. Should no one be home at the time of the delivery, a notice will be left at your door.
We ship Canada Post expedited parcel service and delivery is usually within 2 - 4 business days for local and regional addresses. Should an item need to be transferred from one of our other locations, a delay in delivery times may occur.

Delivery Address Accuracy:
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to insure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. We will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please note that there may be a delay in shipping your order, due to our fraud verification process.
International Shipping Fees:
We will be happy to give you a shipping quote for any product available for online purchase that you wish to have shipped internationally. Please contact our Customer Support for help with this. However, you, the client, are responsible for any duty and tax charges that may apply for your purchase. Any duty and tax charges will only be linked to the product as it crosses international borders and you will be responsible for paying them in whichever way your government requires.
All orders placed on our online store will be shipped with Canada Post Ground. A tracking number will be provided to you when your order is shipped and you will be able to track it at : Canada Post, Track Your Package. Expedited shipping is available. If you require this service please contact our Customer Support and they will be able to provide you with estimated shipping times and costs for expedited services.
Overweight and Fragile Items:
Many overweight and fragile items are marked as in-store only on our online store. This is due to high risk of breakage in the shipping process. If you would like to purchase one of these items online, please get in touch with our Customer Support and they will do their best to get it out to you. Free shipping is not available for these products and shipping fees will be given on a case by case basis.
Purchases made on our website are subject to the same Return Policy as items purchased in store. You may also return items purchased at our online store in any one of our stores with proof of purchase and they will be happy to take care of your return for you following the same guidelines of our Return Policy.
When accepting delivery of a package, please inspect thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. Any damage found should be noted on the shipping receipt. Once you've accepted the package, verify that the items themselves are not damaged. If something does appear to be damaged, please contact our customer support immediately so that we can attempt to rectify the situation.
