Store Pickup

Shopping online and picking up your order at one of our three locations has never been easier! In-store pickup is a fast, secure and free option!

How does it works?

  • Place your order online and select in-store pickup;

  • You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready;

  • When you arrive please come into the store and address our store associate; 

  • Please have a photo ID (or card used with the purchase) and your order number ready. You will be required to show it in order to claim your order.

Please do not present yourself if you have not yet received a call confirming that the order is ready to be picked up. 

How long does it takes?

  • Our goal is to have your order ready on the same day for pick up. However if the order placed is too close to the store closing hours, your order will be processed and ready for pickup the following day. For items that have to be transferred from one store to another, please allow 1 to 2 days in order to receive your order at the selected location.

 

Our contactless curbside pickup service allows you to receive your order quickly and free of charge while remaining in the comfort of your vehicle. It’s simple: pay in advance, park then wait for one of our associates to bring your order to your vehicle.

FAQ

How can I check if a product is available in the store I want to go to?

  • On the product page on the right side of the image, you will see a message indicating the availability of the product in stores. Just click on “Check Availability” and you will be able to see which store the product is available in and the quantity in stock.

Who can pick up my order?

  • The person who placed the order or a second designated person are the only two people allowed to pick up the order. When you place your order, you can designate an additional person by selecting “Ship to a different address.” If you want to send someone else to pick up your order and they are not specified on your order, please let us know in advance. 

How do I change the location of the store I want to pick up my order at?

  • Once an order is placed, the pick-up location cannot be changed. Please contact us to change your pickup location.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

  • Once you have received a call to inform you that the order is ready for pick up, we will hold your order in store for thirty (30) days. Something happened? Please contact us. 

What if I want to have some items delivered and I want to pick up some items in store?

  • You will need to place two different orders - choose delivery for one and in-store pickup for the other.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Once a store pickup order is placed, the order cannot be changed. For further assistance, please contact us.
