The Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR Chef Knife (20 cm/8") is traditionally known as a kitchen knife. It is a versatile knife with a curved blade, allowing the cook to rock the knife on the cutting board for precise cutting.

  • The Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives by THE CUSTOM CHEF™ are crafted from the finest Japanese 420J2 steel and ice-hardened to ensure superior blade strength and durability. The Damashiro® EMPEROR range features distinctive Damascus-inspired blades, influenced by traditional Japanese craftsmen and samurai sword makers. These blades exhibit bands and marbling reminiscent of flowing water.
  • The Japanese steel used in Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives is sourced from the Chuo-Ku Chiba region of Japan since the mid-20th century. Each knife in the Damashiro® EMPEROR range is designed and tested to meet the Rockwell 53 specification, ensuring blade hardness and optimal performance. All Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives are forged with traditional tsuchime hammering.
