• Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives from THE CUSTOM CHEF™ are made from the finest Japanese 420J2 steel and ice-hardened to ensure superior blade strength and durability. The Damashiro® EMPEROR range features distinctive blades inspired by Damascus patterns, favored by traditional Japanese artisans and samurai sword makers.
• The Japanese Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR steel has been sourced from the same region in Chuo-Ku Chiba since the mid-20th century. Each knife in the Damashiro® EMPEROR range is designed and tested to meet Rockwell 53 specifications, ensuring blade hardness and optimal performance.
• All Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives are forged from traditional hammered tsuchime steel.
