Ingredients: Lemon Vinegar (France): Calamansi lemon pulp, brandy vinegar, brown cane sugar. White Balsamic (Italy): Aged three years in barrel wine vinegar and grape must. (6.5% acidity). Contains sulfites.

Usage: Try it with our olive oil on thin slices of gravlax or smoked salmon. Perfect for adding a unique touch to your salads, tartares, deglazing fish and seafood, or enhancing chicken or lamb tagines.
