Can also be used to serve:

• Sushi--with ginger and horseradish
• Olives, dried fruits or nuts
• Cheeses (on the flat side)

Simply wash with dish detergent and hot water after using it for raw seafood, and before using it for cooked foods. Store clean and thoroughly dry.
