This new olive oil, spiced with crushed Cayenne peppers from Spain, has a rating of 30,000 on the Scoville scale (Jalapeno is at 5,000). This oil has intense aromas of Cayenne peppers and spicy red peppers. When you taste it, the flavor and heat of the pepper will burst in your mouth.
