Vanessa Percher has been cooking up a storm in Montreal since 2005. Vanessa’s celiac disease diagnosis early on in her career transformed her life and motivated her to go to India to study Ayurvedic healing through food. Over the years, she has merged her knowledge of Eastern Ayurvedic cooking with her professional Western cooking background that also includes a degree from the St-Pius Culinary Institute, certificates in Applied Nutrition as well as Vegetarian Nutrition from the Alive Academy of Natural Health and participation at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City.

"Cooking and baking has always had a big part in my life, as it is something I have learned through many great people."

Veronique is a recent graduate from the University of Ottawa with a degree in criminology. As a competitive athlete growing up, she understood the importance of proper nutrition which is how she discovered her passion for cooking and baking. She has learned to cook through many great people in her life and through trial and error. For her, cooking is a beautiful tradition passed down from generation to generation. Through her blog, she loves to share her passion for healthy cooking while creating simple recipes using wholesome ingredients that can be re-created by anyone, no matter their culinary background.
