Store Pickup

Store pickup is only available at our Dorval location.

If you wish to pick up an item, we highly recommend calling the store beforehand to confirm availability and to have the item put aside for you.

How does it works?

  • Place your order online and select in-store pickup;

  • You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready;

  • When you arrive, please come into the store and speak with one of our associates;

  • Please have a photo ID (or the card used for the purchase) and your order number ready. You will need to show it to claim your order;

Please do not come to the store unless you have received a confirmation that your order is ready.

How long does it takes?

  • Our goal is to have your order ready the same day. However, if your order is placed close to store closing time, it may only be ready the following day.

 

 

Our contactless curbside pickup service at our Dorval location allows you to receive your order quickly and safely without leaving your vehicle.

How does it works?

  • Place your order online and select curbside pickup;

  • You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready;

  • Park in front of the store and call the number provided to you;

  • Please have your photo ID (or the card used for purchase) and your order number ready;

  • A store associate will bring your order directly to your vehicle;

Please do not arrive unless you have received a confirmation that your order is ready.

How long does it takes?

  • Same-day pickup when possible.

  • Orders placed close to store closing time will be ready the following day.

  • Transfers from another location require 1 to 2 days.

How can I check if a product is available in the store I want to go to?

  • On the product page, click “Check Availability” to see if the item is available and the quantity in stock. Remember, pickup is only available at our Dorval location.

Who can pick up my order?

  • The person who placed the order or a second designated person. You can specify an additional pickup person when placing your order. If changes are needed, please contact us in advance.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

  • Once notified, we will hold your order for 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us.

What if I want to have some items delivered and I want to pick up some items in store?

  • You will need to place two different orders - choose delivery for one and in-store pickup for the other.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Once a store pickup order is placed, the order cannot be changed. For further assistance, please contact us.
