Use and Care : Rnse before first use. Place Silpat on a sheet pan with writing facing up. Do not cut a Silpat. Wipe with a damp, soft sponge and rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air. A mild detergent or soap may be used if needed. Store flat or rolled, do not bend.
