A concentrated, ultra-rich and flavorful broth that will perfectly season every food you dip into it. To be diluted with 3 containers of water or more according to your taste.

• 1 broth concentrate + 3 pots of water. To further enhance the flavors, replace one part of water with one part of wine
• Recommended quantity: 1 concentrate for a traditional fondue pot. 2 concentrates for a Fondussimo pot.
• The broth concentrate is also an excellent base for braising beef in the oven or slow cooker. Your pot roast will never have been so delicious and full of flavor!
• Delightful as French onion soup by adding 1 container of port or red wine with 2 containers of water, a few sprigs of thyme, bay leaves, and a ton of caramelized onions
