The Japanese steel Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR is extracted from the same region of Chuo-Ku Chiba in Japan since the mid-20th century. Each knife in the Damashiro® EMPEROR range has been designed and tested to meet the Rockwell 53 specification, ensuring blade hardness and optimal performance. All Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives are forged with traditional hammered tsuchime.
