• The Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives by THE CUSTOM CHEF™ are made from the finest Japanese 420J2 steel and ice-hardened to ensure superior blade strength and durability. The Damashiro® EMPEROR range features distinctive blades inspired by Damascus patterns, reminiscent of flowing water, crafted by traditional Japanese artisans and samurai sword makers.
• Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR Japanese steel is sourced from the same Chuo-Ku Chiba region since the mid-century. Each knife in the Damashiro® EMPEROR range is designed and tested to meet Rockwell 53 specification, ensuring blade hardness and optimal performance. All Cuisine::pro® Damashiro® EMPEROR knives are forged with traditional hammered tsuchime.
