The Cuisine::pro® iD3® (17.5 cm/6.5") Cleaver Knife has been designed and weighted to ease heavy chopping. A cleaver can tackle heavier root vegetables with more force than a chef's knife or a santoku knife. Cleavers can also be used for pounding, mincing, dicing, and slicing a variety of other foods.
