Nespresso Recipe: The Forager

Pst : Chaga mushrooms are powerful in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and useful in treating gastrointestinal disorders. If we were you, we’d incorporate Chaga into our daily diet (this mushroom is often taken as a supplement!).

INGREDIENTS:

  • Maple Syrup (5 g) 
  • Whipped cream (250 ml) 
  • Chaga Mushroom Powder (200 ml) 
  • Boiling water (50 ml) 
  • Dill (1 pinch)
  • Button Mushroom (1 piece) 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Into a whipped cream siphon (250 ml siphon) , add 5 g of Chaga mushroom powder* & 50 ml of boiling water. Mix it together and let it infuse for 10 min.
  2. Then, add 250 ml of cream and one capsule* of whipped cream syphon charger. Shake vigorously.
  3. In the bottom of a Espresso Cup, add 5 ml of maple syrup.​
  4. Then, extract 40 ml of Forest Black Coffee.
  5. Add the whipped cream on the top of the coffee.
  6. To finish, decorate with a shaved button or chestnut mushroom and sprinkle with some fresh dill.
     

*Instead of Chaga mushroom powder, you can use Reishi mushroom powder
